I grew up helping my Mom and Grandma host massive family gatherings, so event planning and execution has always been part of who I am. In addition to that, I taught high school chemistry and forensic science, and got an art degree along the way. That combination of skills and experience means I can anticipate problems before they happen, communicate clearly with vendors, and help you bring creative ideas to life, all while keeping your timeline running smoothly.

That’s where we come in! We step in to finish sourcing your vendor team, review the contracts, guide you through the remaining decisions, create your detailed timeline, and take over all vendor communication so you've got fewer things on your plate. From there, we coordinate your rehearsal and execute everything flawlessly on the big day.

Wedding coordination
You've done the heavy lifting of planning everything yourself, now tag us in to help you make sure it actually happens the way you envisioned. We'll review your vendor contracts, create a ridiculously detailed timeline, handle all vendor communication in the final months, coordinate your rehearsal, and execute every detail on your wedding day. You've done the hard work, now you get to kick back, relax, and actually enjoy the fruits of your labors.

Frequently asked questions about our services
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 12-18 months out for full or partial planning, but we can work with timelines as short as 3 months for coordination services. The earlier you book, the more time we have to find the perfect vendors and lock in your ideal dates. But if you are in a time crunch, reach out anyway and let’s see what we can do to help!
Do you work with specific vendors, or can we choose our own?
While we certainly have trusted vendors we would be more than happy to recommend, you're never locked into a required list when you partner with us. We'll work with you to build the right team for your wedding based on your style, budget, and priorities. If you've already booked vendors, we're happy to step in and coordinate with whoever you've already chosen.
What's included in your timelines?
We hate missing details, so we make sure that these cover as much as possible. We're talking 19 pages, color-coded, sometimes minute-by-minute breakdowns of who needs to be where, when, and why. We include setup schedules, vendor arrival times, ceremony logistics, reception flow, and teardown plans. In short, everything you need to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
